As an Academic Counselor, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective students, providing detailed information about our courses, curriculum, and admission processes. Your goal will be to counsel students and help them make informed decisions about their academic pursuits.
- Respond to enquiry calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our academic programs, courses, and admission processes
- Counsel students on academic programs and career paths, addressing their queries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and feedback
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple calls and interactions simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of academic programs and courses (training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for education and customer service
