We are seeking an experienced Advocate to handle legal matters related to real estate. The responsibilities include:
1. Drafting documents in English and Marathi independently.
2. Coordinating with senior advocates.
3. Managing Revenue, Municipal, and RERA matters, and representing clients before relevant authorities.
4. Liaising with government and other relevant bodies.
5. Demonstrating knowledge and experience in handling cases across various courts.
Qualifications:
1. L.L.B/L.L.M with a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate law.
2. Proficiency in both spoken English and Marathi.
3. Expertise in formal drafting (letters, notes, agreements, etc.) in both English and Marathi.
4. Well versed with Real Estate Documentation.
