AI Functional Testing

Provide testing services for one or more applications/projects. Testing Tower

Activities under test design, execution including but not limited to

System Testing Includes Test Planning, Test Design and Test

Execution to ensure end to end functionality.

Integration Testing Includes testing the functionality of the modules

in an integrated environment.

Regression Testing Includes manual / automated testing of a

subset of existing test scripts to ensure system functionality.

Participate in daily stand up meetings, defect triage calls

Responsible for working with third party suppliers for defect management

Monitor, measure, control and report to management on Test progress, product quality, Test results and Test Completion.

To provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practice, mentoring and supporting development of team members with training and growth plans.

Manage resources effectively to ensure utilisation is maximised, aligned to plan, budget and to timeframes.

Hands on AI Test Lead GxP - Produce all GxP Testing Artefacts - AI Literate - Ability to work with AI Engineers - Business Will support as SME - Ability to communicate with them to ask questions and ensure robust AI testing - Good Prompt engineering skills/understanding -Prompt Engineering Skills / GenAI Assisted Testing Skills -AI Testing basics -Software Test Management Skills - Test Case drafting, Documentation, Jira, etc (Just regular test management skills)
