Additionally, you will participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance application performance and usability, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Experience with microservices architecture and cloud deployment. - Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A BTech or MTech or MCA with IT or CSE or EEE or ECE is required.
