- Position: Architect
- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
- Experience: 2-5 years in architecture, real estate, or construction
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs, layouts & working drawings
- Create 3D visualizations & presentation drawings
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors & project teams
- Ensure compliance with building codes & regulations
- Oversee space planning, material selection & design optimization
- Work closely with site engineers for execution & quality control
- Provide technical expertise & design solutions for ongoing projects
- Requirements:
- Bachelor�s degree in Architecture
- 2-5 years of experience in architectural design or construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop & Revit
- Strong design & technical skills with attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of municipal approvals, UDCPR & DCR
- Ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines
