Optical Fiber Helpers to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and support of fiber optic infrastructure under the supervision of experienced technicians. This position is ideal for individuals who are physically active, eager to learn technical skills, and ready to build a career in the telecommunications and networking industry.· Assist in fiber cable laying, splicing, and jointing
· Handle tools, cables, and related equipment
· Support senior technicians at field locations
· Follow safety procedures during site work
· Perform basic testing and troubleshooting under guidance
· Maintain cleanliness and order at the worksite
· Physically fit and willing to work outdoors
· Basic understanding of tools and electrical safety is a plus
· Willingness to learn and follow instructions
· Minimum education: 10th Pass or above
