Roles & Responsibilities

Attending daily walk-ins, giving presentation, showing site and followups.

Arranging site visits and follow ups.

Conversion of site visit to booking.

Meeting prospective clients for projects demo / booking.

Collecting booking form / Cheque from customer place.

Managing leads in ERP on a daily basis and follow up of customers.

MIS Maintaining and sending reports on a daily/weekly/Monthly - basis.

Achieving sales target on a monthly basis.

Lead generation through existing client reference.

Maintaining site visit date base

Interaction with bankers for land / home loan.


Qualification

MBA / Any Degree


Experience

3+yrs Exp in Real Estate Industry handling high profile customers
