We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our automobile dealership team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and ensuring that achievement of sales targets.
1. Manage and motivate sales team to ensure they achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
2. Analyse sales data and use it to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
3. Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and complete.
4. Oversee the sales process from start to finish.
5. Develop and implement sales strategies
1. Candidate should be any graduate
2. 2-3 years of experience as sales manager in automobile dealership industry
3. Should have good communication skill
4. Strong leadership and motivational skill
