Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented

Store Manager – Sales to manage our bicycle retail outlet. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in store sales and be capable of leading a team, achieving sales targets, and providing an exceptional in-store customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, stock management, customer service.
  • Drive in-store product sales by actively engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product recommendations.
  • Ensure the store meets monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle in-store billing, product demos, and after-sales support.
  • Record and manage customer data for follow-ups, feedback, and upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities and local events.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Graduate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in store sales (experience in cycle, automobile, or electronics retail preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
