We are seeking a
dynamic, goal-oriented, and well-connected Business Development Manager who has prior experience working in a recruitment/staffing firm, especially in acquiring and managing overseas clients (Gulf, APAC, etc.).- Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients in Gulf (Dubai, Oman) and other overseas markets
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers
- Understand client hiring needs and align recruitment delivery accordingly
- Create and execute BD strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Negotiate terms of business and finalize service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with internal delivery and sourcing teams for effective fulfillment
- Keep track of competitor landscape and industry trends in global hiring
- 3�8 years of proven experience in business development within a staffing/recruitment firm
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition in international markets (especially Middle East/Gulf)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and staffing models (permanent/contract/payroll)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and strategic thinker
