.â â Develop and execute business development strategies for architectural services
.â â Identify and approach potential clients, developers, and collaborators
.â â Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across the industry
.â â Respond to RFPs and prepare competitive proposals in coordination with design leads
.â â Track leads, update CRM systems, and manage sales pipelines
.â â Represent Didar Design Studio at industry events and networking opportunities

.â â 3+ years of experience in business development (architecture/design/construction background preferred)
.â â Strong understanding of design services and project workflows
.â â Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
.â â Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized
.â â Degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
