About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven

Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to close deals effectively.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and accurate records using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as needed


Key Skills:


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
