We are seeking a proactive and dynamic
Business Development Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare clients, and promoting our IT solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.- Identify and engage hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions
- Promote and explain healthcare IT solutions (HMIS, EMR, etc.)
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and client discussions
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Follow up on leads and ensure smooth onboarding
- Collaborate with technical and project teams for successful delivery
- Maintain records of interactions and provide sales reports
- Bachelor�s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development in healthcare domain
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of hospital/clinic operations
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of healthcare IT systems (preferred)
