Key Responsibilities:


Drive sales through business planning and target achievement


Lead, train, and motivate the sales team


Coordinate with marketing for lead generation


Manage client relationships and generate revenue via B2C and B2B (travel agents)


Track and report on sales performance


Cold calling and sales follow-ups


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)


2–6 years of sales experience


Strong communication and leadership skills


Proven ability in customer relationship and team management
