Shift: US Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or handling international clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence in closing deals
- Persistent follow-ups and high ownership of the sales pipeline
- Comfortable handling global communication across time zones
- Ability to convert qualified leads into revenue with trust, timing, and value
- Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities
- Identify, qualify, and engage decision-makers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Deliver confident, value-driven sales pitches tailored to client needs
- Manage the entire sales cycle � from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and consistently track all touchpoints
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor landscape
This is a remote position. A company laptop will be provided, but candidates must have a stable and reliable internet connection to work efficiently.
