Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Job Summary:


We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to boost export sales, manage client relationships, and coordinate order processing. Experience in the nutraceutical or related industries is preferred


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads through exhibitions, online sources, and export data.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide product recommendations and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product sampling, R&D, and order approvals.
  • Manage commercial orders, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
  • Track production progress, artwork, and report status for international clients.
  • Coordinate dispatch and logistics, ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Maintain trackers, update clients, and handle post-delivery support.
  • Follow up on receivables and resolve client issues with relevant departments.


Requirements:


  • 4�8 years of B2B sales/export experience (preferably in nutraceuticals or pharma)
  • Strong coordination, communication & follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of export documentation and compliance
