About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented

Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting tailored digital solutions to potential clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Understand clients� digital marketing needs and propose customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches in English.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, content writers, strategists) to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.


Key Requirements:


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to understand digital marketing services and translate them into client solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
