We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Maven Cluster Pvt. Ltd., located in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth through staff augmentation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation services and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
