Job Title: Business Development Executive (IT Sales)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and create tailored proposals in coordination with the technical team.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle � from initial contact and proposal to negotiation and closure.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Track all sales activities in CRM tools and prepare regular reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.


Requirements:


  • 1�3 years of proven experience in IT business development or pre-sales.
  • Experience in lead generation and bidding on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach tools.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical services like web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
