Atul Patel Architecture is seeking a skilled
CAD Technician with a strong background in architectural design, municipal regulations, and drawing approvals for various types of building projects (MCGM, MMRDA & SRA).- Possess comprehensive knowledge of building regulations under MCGM, MMRDA, and SRA.
- Prepare Municipal approval drawings based on FSI calculations and other statutory requirements at all project stages.
- Participate in conceptual planning and design development for building projects.
- Create layouts, presentation drawings, and preliminary design sketches for competitions and proposals.
- Develop feasibility plans, sketch designs, and planning drawings.
- Prepare detailed working drawings (architectural) and construction details.
- Design residential and commercial spaces based on client requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with Structural, MEP, and other consultants as well as site teams.
- Collaborate with Architects, Contractors, and Developers to ensure timely updates and project reviews.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
- Working knowledge of PreDCR and AutoDCR (MCGM) software (for online building approvals).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of Internet and online research tools.
