The Bread and Mime Café is a warm and inclusive space located near the Taj Mahal. Known for its unique concept and differently-abled staff, we offer a cozy café experience with a wide variety of coffee, café-style dishes, Indian and fusion cuisine.
We are looking for a skilled and reliable
Chef who can take charge of our kitchen operations and bring creativity and consistency to our food and beverages.- Prepare and cook café-style dishes (sandwiches, pasta, burgers, salads, etc.)
- Brew and serve various coffee beverages (latte, cappuccino, espresso, etc.)
- Cook Indian and basic multi-cuisine dishes as per menu
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen
- Manage stock, ingredients, and basic inventory
- Support in menu planning and new dish ideas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel kitchen
- Knowledge of café food, coffee preparation, Indian and basic continental cuisine
- Ability to multitask and manage orders independently
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented
