Key Responsibilities:

3. Nursing Operations: Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.


4. Professional Development: Foster professional growth and development of nursing staff through education, training, and mentorship.


5. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare leaders to drive organizational goals and initiatives.


Requirements:


1. Education: Master's degree in Nursing or related field (MSN or higher).


2. Experience: Extensive experience in nursing leadership, preferably in a CNO or similar role.


3. Skills:


  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.


  • Expertise in nursing practice, policy, and research.
