- Lead a small but growing engineering team that builds our web platform.
- Plan the roadmap together with product and design, then break it into clear, workable steps for developers.
- Review technical plans prepared by team members; improve them where needed.
- Carry out regular code reviews, with a focus on Laravel (back-end) and React / JavaScript (front-end).
- Keep an eye on system performance, security, and uptime.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor new developers as we scale.
- Work with the founders on budgets, timelines, and overall technology choices.

- 3�5+ years in a software leadership or management position.
- Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, React, and core JavaScript.
- A track record of planning projects, shipping on time, and keeping code quality high.
- Comfort giving and receiving feedback through code review.
- Clear communication in English; able to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
- Willingness to work from our Chennai office.
