Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on their cases.
- Case Management: Oversee the progress of client cases, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the immigration process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress.
Qualification
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
- Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
