We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of immigration processes, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on their cases.
  • Case Management: Oversee the progress of client cases, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the immigration process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the legal team and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and case progress.


Qualification


  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.
