Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in client relationship management, campaign coordination, and team collaboration. You will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
â— Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
â— Understand client goals and ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
â— Coordinate with internal departments (creative, marketing, and technical) for project execution.
â— Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and campaign updates to clients.
â— Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
â— Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
â— Maintain thorough documentation of client communications and project briefs.
â— Foster long-term relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
â— Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
â— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
â— Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
â— Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
â— Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
â— Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
