Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Client Success Associate to drive meaningful client relationships for our corporate gifting vertical. This role will be the bridge between warm leads and lasting client relationships ensuring every corporate client receives an experience as delightful as the gifts they order.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Engage with incoming leads, understand client needs, and convert them into successful corporate gifting orders.
Client Servicing: Be the single point of contact for clients—ensuring a smooth, timely, and delightful experience throughout the journey.
Financial Coordination: Prepare detailed quotes, share pricing with clients, and manage financial approvals in line with internal margins and client budgets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns & custom requirements and the operations team for smooth execution & logistics.
Post-sale Engagement: Collect client feedback, encourage repeat orders, and identify upselling opportunities.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain lead status, deal stages, and order details accurately using internal tools.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Prior experience in B2B/D2C client management is a plus
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹14,940.12 - ₹25,130.49 per month
