Role Overview


You’ll be the go-to person ensuring our clients are set up properly, understand our product, and get the maximum value out of it. You’ll be handling all operational tasks, from account creation to managing WhatsApp API onboarding, and regularly interacting with clients to ensure satisfaction and product adoption.


Key Responsibilities


  • Set up new client accounts and ensure successful onboarding
  • Handle WhatsApp Business API onboarding and documentation for clients
  • Conduct product demos and training sessions
  • Regularly interact with clients to resolve queries and ensure feature usage
  • Track product usage and client feedback; work with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Maintain CRM and dashboards with up-to-date client information
  • Coordinate with the tech team for any client-specific configurations
  • Take ownership of day-to-day operational and client success tasks


Requirements


  • Based in Delhi (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English
  • Smart, self-driven, and disciplined with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets, Notion, CRM systems, and communication tools
  • Prior experience in client servicing, support, or SaaS onboarding is a plus
  • Fresh graduates with strong aptitude and learning attitude can also apply
