Key Responsibilities


  • Pick Slip Generation: Prepare accurate pick slips for customer orders, ensuring correct sizes, colours, and quantities.
  • Inventory Coordination: Match pick slips with stock availability using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Order Prioritization: Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to prioritize orders based on urgency and dispatch timelines.
  • Communication & Coordination: Resolve order-related issues by maintaining effective communication with warehouse staff and external agents.
  • Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in order and warehouse processes and recommend enhancements.
  • Daily Target Planning: Align daily pick slip planning with warehouse staff to meet monthly performance goals.
  • Cross-Selling: Suggest alternate products to agents when original items are unavailable.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze performance data of agents and regions against targets and purchasing patterns.
  • Credit Coordination: Work with the credit team to ensure order processing complies with company credit policies.


Candidate Requirements


  • 0�2 years of experience in CRM, warehouse coordination, or sales support
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Malayalam (Preferable)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office; experience with WMS is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
