Roles and Responsibilities :


To manage customer relations and post-sales operations for a reputed real estate developer.


The role involves handling client queries, Email, calling, coordination documentation, payments, handovers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.


1. Proficient in MS Office.


2. Interpersonal and communication skills.


3. Excellent communication skills.


4. Follow-ups.


5. Making records all documents and receiving.


6. Scanning & Uploading documents & files.


7. Check the booking from.


8. Get the required correction done by coordinating with Sales Head/Executive or CP.


9. Create Customer Allotment.


10. Forward cheque to Bank for depositing.


11. Create payment receipts.


12. Creating Application /Booking, Interest Waiver & Money receipt.


13. Updating data as per clients request in ERP.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Bachelor's (Preferred)


Experience:


  • CRM Executive: 2 years (Required)
  • Real Estate Company: 2 years (Required)
