Job Summary:


We are looking for a

Customer Care Executive with experience in the In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector to manage customer interactions, handle quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate with internal teams. The role supports sales and service functions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information
  • Prepare and issue quotations as per company pricing
  • Process and track purchase orders
  • Coordinate with the customer department for invoicing and payment follow-up
  • Maintain accurate documentation (quotations, POs, communications)
  • Support sales and service teams post-order
  • Address customer complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics, accounts)


Qualifications & Skills:


  • Graduate (preferably in Life Sciences or related field)
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service/sales support in IVD or medical devices
  • Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized


Freshers with relevant science background or graduation in the same field are also welcome to apply.
