Job Summary:


Responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to build long-term relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/emails.
  • Resolve complaints and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Support sales and service teams when needed.


Requirements:


  • Graduates, especially B.Com
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Male candidates only
  • Local candidates preferred from Perumbavoor, Kalady, Aluva, Angamaly
