As a
Customer Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and managing existing relationships for Home Loan/Mortgage Loan products. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless loan process.- Pune - Wagholi

- Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and generate potential leads through various channels (e.g., referrals, cold calling, digital marketing).
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Provide timely updates on loan status and documentation requirements.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional financial products and services.
- Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Strong understanding of home loan/mortgage loan products and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
