Position Overview :

As a Client Relations & Logistics Coordinator, you'll serve as the central hub for all communications and coordination among clients, carriers (liners/shipping lines), internal teams, and service providers. Your role is critical in driving efficient, seamless shipment processes by managing inquiries, delivering timely updates, and maintaining organized client records. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and help sustain high levels of client satisfaction with detailed, proactive communication.


Job Description -


  • Co-ordinate with multiple parties.
  • Responding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner.
  • Regular updates and follow up with clients/ liners/ Shipping lines other service providers.
  • Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.
  • Maintaining data of all clients/ potential clients.
  • Up-to data reporting to clients with cargo status pertaining to various shipments.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and procedures.
  • Should have good command over Software Skills � Internet, MS Office, E-mail Etiquettes.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
