Process:
Inbound & Outbound (Work From Home & Work from Office Both) - Multiple Opportunity as per skillset· Listening to and understanding the customer’s requirements.
· Provide product Sales / service details & benefits to customers.
· Capture correct information wherever required.
· Asking the correct questions – probing and prompting the customer wherever required.
· Timely and accurate capturing all the information given by/to the customer.
· Staying current with knowledge of products/ processes & services offered by the client.· Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters. Cooperate with other Team members, SMEs and Team Leaders. Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
· Escalating the call to the team leader / manager, wherever desirable
· Handle escalations and irate customer in proper manner
In any industry preferably Call Center
Any Two Languages Must:- Bengali/English/Hindi/Oriya/Assamese/Telugu/Punjabi
Educational Qualification Require:- HS & Above
