We are hiring a
Data Entry Executive for our office located in Ruby, Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in data entry or a similar role, with good typing speed and attention to detail.- Enter and update data in company systems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain records and ensure data integrity
- Review data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
- Prepare and sort documents before data entry
- Generate reports as required by management
- Coordinate with other departments for data-related tasks
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Typing speed of at least 30-40 WPM with accuracy
- Basic understanding of office equipment and data programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Salary: ₹10,000 � ₹13,000 (based on experience)
