We are executing a high-impact B2B trade marketing programme for a leading FMCG client. The goal is to boost sales by engaging and incentivizing sub-stockists (dealers) across urban and rural regions. You will play a key role in communicating with trade partners, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth execution of the programme.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Engagement Intern who will serve as the bridge between the FMCG brand and its sub-stockists. This person will manage WhatsApp chatbot communications, address sales reps’ and dealers' queries in real-time, and maintain accurate reporting through Google Sheets.Engage with company sales representatives and customers to resolve operational, sales or programme-related queries.
Regularly update and maintain accurate data in Google Sheets including sales progress, dealer verification, incentive tracking etc.
Monitor engagement metrics, flag issues proactively, and support weekly and monthly programme execution goals.
Assist in collecting verification documents (e.g., bills, IDs) and ensuring they are logged correctly in reports.
As per industry standards and experience with maximum being INR 20,000 / month
