Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable

Data Entry (Dispatch) Clerk to support our dispatch operations. The role involves entering and updating dispatch information, generating delivery reports, and coordinating with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient logistics.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Accurately enter dispatch and delivery data into the system.
  • Maintain and update records of outgoing shipments and deliveries.
  • Monitor dispatch schedules and flag delays or issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain data integrity and follow data privacy and security policies.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry, logistics, or dispatch roles preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
