We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain information in our databases and systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
  
• Retrieve data as requested and ensure proper backup of data files.
  
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
  
• Review and correct data entry errors before submission.
  
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  
• Generate routine reports and summaries based on entered data.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data collection.
  
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and security policies.
  

• Proven experience as a data entry operator
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software/tools.
  
• Good command of English (verbal and written).
