- Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries from parents interested in admissions and programs
- Provide complete and accurate information about Think Right�s philosophy, curriculum, and offerings
- Conduct consultations, campus tours, and program demos to prospective parents
- Build strong rapport with parents and maintain regular follow-ups
- Maintain and update leads and inquiries in the CRM system
- Support admissions process � from inquiry to enrollment
- Coordinate with marketing and teaching teams to plan events and workshops for parent engagement
- Assist in organizing and participating in school promotional activities, open houses, and parent orientations
