- Conduct training sessions on topics such as electrical circuits, analog & digital electronics, power systems, control systems, PLC, embedded systems, etc.
- Develop curriculum, teaching materials, lab manuals, and assessment tools aligned with industry standards.
- Provide practical lab guidance and assist students in mini and major project work.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends, tools, and certifications in the EEE domain.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with academic or corporate teams to improve training methods and content.
- Ensure safety standards and best practices in all lab activities and hands-on work.
- Bachelor�s or Master�s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as an EEE trainer or industry expert in relevant domains.
- Strong command over software/tools such as MATLAB, Proteus, Multisim, AutoCAD Electrical, PLC/SCADA, sp3d,e3d etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Certification in industrial automation, embedded systems, or other specializations is a plus.
