looking for an experienced
Electrical BIM Modeller to join our vibrant Kochi studio. You'll support high-end hospitality, residential, retail, and commercial projects across the Middle East.- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for electrical systems (Power, Lighting, ELV, Fire Alarm, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model coordination
- Create parametric families and project deliverables using Revit/CAD
- Conduct quality checks and manage model structure
- Support digital automation and BIM workflow improvements
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors for seamless integration
- 6+ years of experience in Electrical BIM Modelling within a consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Revit, CAD & BIM standards
- Experience in LOD 100�300 model development
- Knowledge of Middle East project standards is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
