English Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic English Speaking Trainer to join our team and help individuals enhance their spoken English skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions tailored to diverse learners.

• Conduct English speaking training sessions for individuals or groups, focusing on pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and grammar.
  
• Assess learners' language proficiency and customize training programs based on their specific needs and goals.
  
• Develop engaging lesson plans, activities, and learning materials to make sessions interactive and effective.
  
• Provide constructive feedback, track progress, and set measurable milestones for learners.
  
• Help learners build confidence in speaking English through practical conversations and real-life scenarios.
  
• Stay updated on the latest language teaching methodologies and tools to continually enhance training effectiveness.
  

• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  
• Proven experience as an English Trainer, Language Instructor, or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in English with excellent spoken and written skills.
  
• Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with learners of all ages and levels.
  
• Creativity in designing engaging and interactive lessons.
  

• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms if providing virtual training.
  
• Experience in preparing students for language proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL, etc.
  
• Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
