  • To work independently on assigned tasks on completion of training.
  • To understand processes and systems required for functioning of a company.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for learning and developing skills for different roles available
  • Develop a good understanding of HR activities and new HR initiatives.
  • Learn to manage employee queries and employee records/files
  • Assist HR operations lead in day to day activities related to HR operations.


Education Requirement :

First class degree in MBA/ PGDM having minimum 60% marks in aggregate.
