Key Responsibilities


  • Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies for patient recruitment�across major platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, X, TikTok, etc.) and multiple countries.
  • Own ad funnel planning, campaign structure, segmentation, audience development, and creative briefing for clinical trial use cases.
  • ROAS & Performance Management
  • Set, monitor, and consistently optimize for the best return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost-per-qualified-patient.
  • Analyze platform analytics, A/B test content/audience targets, and iterate for efficiency.
  • Deliver concise performance reporting to leadership; recommend proactive optimizations.
  • Global Compliance & Best Practices
  • Align creatives, audience targeting, and messaging to country-level compliance, ethics, and privacy mandates (HIPAA/GDPR).
  • Advise on IRB/ethics board submissions and requirements for campaigns, as needed.
  • Project Leadership & Process Improvement
  • Provide hands-on support for initial campaign setup, strategic pivots, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify new channels and geo-opportunities to maximize patient engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement�propose and implement campaign innovations to keep results best-in-class.


Ideal Profile


  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing, specifically paid social campaigns in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical recruitment domains.
  • ROAS Expert: In-depth understanding of ad platform economics, advanced analytics/attribution, and performance marketing KPIs.
  • Healthcare Savvy: Familiarity with healthcare industry constraints, patient journeys, and privacy/compliance rules for ad content and targeting.
  • Multinational Perspective: Hands-on experience running and localizing digital campaigns across US, Europe, and/or APAC is strongly preferred.
  • Consultative Mindset: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, lead independently, and collaborate remotely with diverse teams.
  • Continuous Learner: Up-to-date on latest platform features, digital trends, regulatory changes, and clinical research recruitment best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
