The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting students to enroll in our courses. She should also be involved in driving walk-ins and possess the ability to perform effectively under sales pressure."

- Conduct counselling sessions to understand the needs of students and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Should have deep understanding of our course offerings, industry trends, and job market.
- Should be able to effectively communicate the benefits to candidates.
- Make calls and follow up leads through CRM update records of interactions with students, enrollment outcomes, and business generation activities.
- Should be able to generate and convert Walk-in to admissions.
- Evaluate enrolment campaigns, Suggest and Make improvements as needed.
- Masters degree with Minimum of 3 years of experience in career counselling, sales, or business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and motivate potential students.
- Experience in handling CRM software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to business generation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
