Business Development Associate

The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence by identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue. This role is instrumental in increasing the reach and impact of our educational products and solutions across the assigned region.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and approach educational institutions, including coaching centers within the assigned territory
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking efforts
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand regional trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Build and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present tailored product solutions based on client needs and business objectives
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights that help clients make informed purchasing decisions
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to help refine products and services
  • Maintain detailed sales reports, visit logs, and communication records in the CRM
  • Regularly analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for smooth execution and delivery
  • Share best practices, market intelligence, and success stories with team members
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally to maintain trust and retention


Qualifications & Requirements:


Education:


  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields)


Experience:


  • 2�4 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client-facing roles
  • Advantageous: Experience in the Education, Publishing, EdTech, or similar industries


Preferred Skills and Attributes:


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Prior experience in field sales or B2B customer engagement
  • Willingness to travel within the region as per business needs


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
