We are looking for an experienced and passionate Faculty member for the
Food Production Department to train aspiring culinary professionals. The candidate must have worked at least at the Chef de Partie (CDP) level or higher in a category hotel, with a minimum of 3 years of industrial experience. Teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.- Conduct theory classes and practical kitchen sessions in Food Production.
- Demonstrate and train students in basic and advanced culinary techniques.
- Plan and execute curriculum-based practicals and assessments.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline in the training kitchen.
- Mentor students and support their skill development for industry readiness.
- Graduate in Hotel Management (mandatory).
- Post-graduation not required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience.
- Strong culinary knowledge with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
