GRN Executive to join us at our Bhandup facility.- Manage and verify all incoming goods and materials received at the location.
- Ensure accurate documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
- Cross-check delivery challans/invoices with purchase orders and physically received items.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Store teams for any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain and update GRN records in the system promptly.
- Inspect the quality and quantity of received products, especially in the F&B segment.
- Liaise with suppliers for return/replacement of damaged goods.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards during receiving.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports related to received inventory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchase receiving / GRN management.
- Prior experience in the Food & Beverage / Hospitality industry preferred.
- Working knowledge of inventory software or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle vendor coordination and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with perishables and cold storage handling is a plus.
