We are looking for a proactive and well-connected
Placement Incharge / Faculty to manage and facilitate internship and job placement opportunities for students pursuing Hotel Management. The ideal candidate should be a Hotel Management graduate with at least supervisory-level industry experience in a category hotel. A strong understanding of hospitality operations and good industry networking is essential.- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality organizations for student placements (internships & jobs).
- Make calls to alumni for Placement Co-ordination.
- Manage Placement Groups of Students and Alumni.
- Coordinate campus interviews, industry visits, and guest lectures.
- Guide and mentor students on career planning, resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills.
- Track placement progress and maintain placement records.
- Liaise with faculty and the academic team to align student skills with industry needs.
- Graduate in Hotel Management (mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current hospitality industry trends and recruitment practices.
- Passion for student development and institutional growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
