Position Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive

HR Executive to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and talent management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for all departments.
  • Conduct reference checks, issue offer letters, and manage new hire documentation.
  • Organize and facilitate induction and orientation programs for new joiners.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Maintain positive employee relations by addressing queries, grievances, and providing support.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication.
  • Attendance & Payroll Support:
  • Monitor attendance, shift rosters, and leave records.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT), and reimbursements.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all employee records are up to date and confidential.
  • Maintain compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.
  • Handle ESIC, PF, professional tax, and other statutory filings.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process by gathering data, assisting in evaluations, and documenting outcomes.
  • Training & Development:
  • Coordinate internal training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Maintain training records and feedback.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor�s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Hospitality Management.
  • 1�3 years of experience in HR; hospitality industry experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and HR practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.


Work Environment:


  • Fast-paced hospitality setting with dynamic operational requirements.
  • Expected to be available during key shifts or events, depending on operational needs.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
